I am currently a software engineer at Personio, a tech company that provides HR software to small and medium-sized companies across Europe.

Currently working on a special taskforce to build an HR feature called career frameworks heavily requested by clients and C-suite. Key projects include:

• Built a language-specific image system to serve different image files depending on the user's current language
• Built upsell banners on the homepage to upsell various HR solutions to customers when certain conditional contexts are triggered

Previously, I worked at Instagram App Performance, working on:

• Optimization of the feed and stories query on Android app start
• Optimization of video manifest and playback on low end devices popular in India, Thailand, Brazil, etc.

I also worked as a software engineer on Facebook Live, supporting the Android application as well as video chaining. While at Facebook, I helped build and launch Premieres, Watch Parties, and Live Rewind. I specialize in product development and A/B tests to increase product adoption and usage, as well as reliability and privacy/security improvements.

I graduated from University of Maryland, College Park and previously worked as an intern at Facebook, Microsoft, ViaSat, and CATT Laboratory.
